Temporary Service Adjustments Over Christmas and New Year
Due to staff illness and reduced capacity during the holiday period, we are prioritising care for patients with urgent, same-day needs. To ensure we can provide timely assistance to those requiring urgent attention, we are temporarily reducing our eConsult service until the New Year.
• eConsult Availability: The eConsult service will be available daily from 8am, but with a limited number of slots. As a result, the times when eConsult is open may vary.
• Urgent Care Access: Our urgent care team will accept requests from 8am in the morning and 2pm in the afternoon. Please note that the closure times are subject to change based on clinical safety needs.

For routine medical issues that can wait, we kindly ask you to contact us in the New Year when we anticipate increased capacity for non-urgent appointments.
