Opening Hours
The surgery is open from Monday & Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Teusday, Wednesday & Thursday 07:30am-6:00pm.
The phonelines are open from 8:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:30pm.

Please note that the doctors' consulting rooms are on the ground and first floor of the practice. We do not have a lift to the first floor, and alternative arrangements have been made to see patients downstairs who have appointments with an upstairs doctor. Any patient unable to manage the stairs must request a downstairs room when booking their appointment.

We have a disabled toilet next to the downstairs waiting room.
Visual Support
If you need our correspondence to be provided in a large font, we can arrange for this and will record this on your medical record for all future letters. If you have other requirements, please let us know how we can help.
Hearing Support
There is a hearing loop installed in our surgery reception areas. We can also provide arrange for someone to provide sign language, given notice.
Language Support
We can arrange for interpreters to be present for your consultation if necessary. We will need notice to arrange this.
Parking
There is one parking space for disabled drivers at the surgery at the front of the building. Other drivers should use one of the three local car parks.
Please do not leave vehicles parked outside the surgery! Access to the residence in Park Lane is required at all times and ambulances must be able to get to the rear of the building.
Breast Feeding
Mothers who wish to breastfeed their babies while visiting the surgery may do so in privacy. Please ask at reception and a room will be made available.
Out Of Hours
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111.
111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Eye Emergency Clinic
Patients with eye injuries should go to the Accident and Emergency Department at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham who will refer them onwards to QA Hospital Eye Casualty. There is no longer a walk-in service direct to Eye Casualty.
