**Temporary Staff Shortages**

Our urgent care team is running at reduced capacity due to staff sickness and training. If you need to see or speak with a Clinician urgently (i.e., the same day), please get in touch with the practice during the following hours:

8am to 11am

2pm to 5:15pm

**Please be aware that the above times may be reduced due to demand, if our urgent care list is closed early, we will be asking patients to call 111 or visit Get help for your symptoms - NHS 111 **

We will also need to suspend our eConsult service for tomorrow (Friday 28th February) and we may need to close our eConsult service before 3pm today Thursday 27^th February).

Our eConsult service will resume Monday 3^rd March at 8am.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was made with careful consideration for clinical safety.
