This appears to only happen when loading Patient Access from an older bookmark.
This issue has been raised with our developers and I am aware that a renewed certificate has been requested for this domain.
In the meantime, they should be able to sign in using this link instead.
If they are using an older bookmark, it would be worth replacing it with the following URL: app.patientaccess.com
